All offers are clearly stating goods description, prices, quality, certifications, delivery time and all other terms of sale.  Offer validity is 15 days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are placed in writing, and the order acknowledgment, states all the terms and conditions of the goods sale, subject to submitted offer.   Orders are non-cancellable.  Ownership of goods remains with ELVIFREN, until the goods are paid in full.

Payment terms are stated on the offer, order acknowledgment and invoice of the goods.  Payment can be in cash, up to the amount permitted by Greek Law, card, bank deposit, or checks.  ELVIFREN reserves the right to charge the legal monthly interest rate for delayed payments. Bank Deposit

Goods offered ex Greece, are usually delivered DAP Athens, according to customer’s instructions, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Goods offered abroad are delivered worldwide according to customer’s instructions.

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. In any of the above cases, the company always informs the customers in case of delivery time extension.

To SUPPLIERS : ELVIFREN SA ensures that non-compliant product is controlled to prevent unintended use or distribution. Non-conforming incoming materials are identified during receiving, checked and dealt with, as follows:

• Rejection and return to the supplier
• Destroyed according to the instructions provided by the supplier taking into account current legislation

To CUSTOMERS: Non-compliant product must under no circumstances be made available for sale to business customers.  

Returns are not accepted for custom made products or custom ordered goods and these are clearly stated on our offers and order acknowledgment.

For all other products, returns are accepted, if goods are in their original packaging, are presentable and unused. Goods will be credited according to our returns policy:

Goods returned from the customer, at customer’s expense, along with delivery note and the relevant petition of goods return, will be inspected and subject to approval will be credited as follows:

1. goods returned within 6 months from invoice will be credited in full value
2. goods returned within 12 months from invoice with be credited 75% of the goods value
3. goods returned after 12 months from invoice will not be credited.
